Yes! Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am-5pm Eastern Time. We do not work on any Canadian/US national holiday, or Ontario provincial holiday.  (Don't worry, we'll remind you in advance!)

While we strive to reply to every message as soon as it comes in, we do guarantee to respond to all email inquiries within 24hrs of receipt.  If your email is received outside of our business hours, you'll receive a reply on our next business day.

We prefer most communication be done via email so that we can keep order of all requests.  However, you may reach out to us initially on our social media accounts via DM.  All new clients will have a scheduled Zoom meeting or phone call to ensure we clearly understand your needs.  Once contracted, we'll also discuss options for how we prefer to share information for collaborating on your project. 

Absolutely! We guarantee that we are conscious of all of our clients confidential information, and take precautions to keep this safe. As we will need access to your website or social accounts in order to provide services, we do use a encrypted password sharing service, such as Lastpass.  This way you can feel secure that we do not have your private passwords, and that you can easily revoke access after our contract ends.
